Voth Combat Armor

I recently crafted the Voth Combat Armor and can't seem to get the helmet option to appear. I've done the costume unlock thing already and still nothing. Am I missing something? Please help!

GO to the head options, and change your humanoid or whichever you have on that to the voth helmet option.

that's the thing - the option isn't there for the voth helmet option. I did the costume unlock thing and still nothing. I've heard that it's broken for female toons, but I submitted a ticket just to be sure
