Maximizing DPS from Fighter Pets

As the title suggests, has anyone had any luck maximizing the DPS output from fighter pets? I've been able to achieve the following results for a single hanger so far:

~7k DPS Elite Obelisk Swarmers
~6 - 8k DPS Scorpion Fighters (these seem a bit more variable)

And this is with Wing Commander, 1 FDO, and Scramble Fighters. Does anyone have any suggestions to get these numbers up? Or is this about as high as it goes?

There's the Starship Trait from the Escort Carrier pack which gives pets CRF or BO when you use CRF or BO BOff ability, that should improve damage if timed well.

Beyond that, the lockbox and lobi carrier pets (most are specific carrier or specific race [like Xindi] locked) seem to do more damage, though not always.

I wonder, are any of those "alien" fighters not locked, and usable on faction ships?

AFAIK, only the Jem'Hadar Fighter pets are usable on faction carriers, though they require the JHDC or JHEC to purchase. The Jem'Hadar fighters have both cannon weapons and beams, so those are definitely something to look into if you're wanting to utilize the HEC pack's trait.

Maximizing pet DPS revolves around one thing, and it's the same trick used to make high DPS builds: debuff, debuff, debuff. Debuff Damage Resistances: Attack Pattern Beta, Fire on my Mark, Sensor Scan, Sensor Analysis, Ionic Turbulence, disruptor/romplas weapons for increased raw damage. Debuff power levels: Energy Siphon, Tyken's Rift, Aceton Assimilators, Target: Subsystem: Shields to drop target shields; the vast majority of the damage that pets inflict is going to be kinetic. Debuff movement: Gravity Well, Tractor Beam, Chroniton procs to slow targets, pet AI is TRIBBLE, help it out a bit and slowed/stopped targets have lower defense values (lower defense means fewer misses and more crits of greater severity).
