Dumb question so forgive me

I am almost done finishing with the old reputation but how do I activate the skills shown in each reputation race group? I got 3 at level 5 max and was able to get the skill No. 5 and use them under my traits but the skills shown on the same group like 1,2,3,4 is there a way to use them or are they all passive?

    In the game, press "U" and go to the traits tab. From there it's self-explanatory.​​
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    4 are passive (2 ground, 2 space) the 5th is a click to activate.

      The Active rep ones goes in a special menu that's beneath the Ground and Space Rep traits in the Traits tab. If you, like I, have a smallish screen you may have to scroll to find it. When you slot the traits there you can press the P button and click/drag the to the action bar where they can be activated like any other activation based trait/skill. Hope this hlpse.
