when I started star trek online, I had several favorites. the attacks from the mirror world, and starbase 24. now days, not many enjoy starbase 24, or for that matter, klingon scout force, and forget about fun zones like this if you are kdf, you get screwed. I always wondered why these super enjoyable zones were never expanded upon, or capitalized upon. You barely scratch the surface of these zones, and many of us ingame wonder why this is so, content for so many played, right at your fingertips, but it is not promoted, or compounded, it is left, as if for dead, and nearly forgotten.


starbase 24.
attack and defend
defense comes in waves after it is originally cleared.
1st half. attack & clear.
2nd half defend the base from incoming offense.
defend comes in waves, with higher and meaner kdf ships.
like space invaders, but better.

advanced version. your ship does not respawn upon death.
each ship is given only one life to clear the mass of ships. no respawns.

tactical romulan research lab
kdf version of starbase 24.
in which a romulan starbase is attacked and sacked by tal shiar ships
in retaliation romulan and kdf forces attack the tal shiar ships at the base
once cleared the tal shiar attack the now defenders for 4-5 rounds (or 20 rounds)
make challenges for passing each round of combat.

the best pve queue and you remove it. wtf....
level based the tiericided scaling
level 0 - those between level 11 and level 49 etc etc.
level 1 - max mk xii mods and weapons
level 2 - max mk xiii
level 3 - max mk xiv

hard mode option for no win. no respawns. one life to live.
