Returning Player Question

Been gone for a long while. Started playing again and have a question.

Are the old anomolies you used to get from scanning stuff still used for anything? They won't go in my R & D tab.

    No, the old R&D materials have all been replaced. Double click, or right click and then click "use" on any of them will open a window that will let you trade in your old materials for the new ones.

    You should be able to open up a right-click menu on a stack (as long as it's in inventory, not the bank) and have an option to convert them to the new materials. You could back when the system changed at any rate.
