iii) If they made it usable anywhere and of significant usefulness, and kept it 'limited', can you imagine the angst unleashed when all the players who miss out on it figure it out? I mean, I'm already anticipating the whine-fest to come even tho it is basically a useless toy as-is.

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

Will my future characters be able to claim it, once I've unlocked it in the store? Do I need to go through and claim it on all my characters now? I'm actually doing that second, but knowing the answer might help others.
was excited to see this giveaway, just logged in to collect only to find out that its only usable on risa, and on the water only, so dissapointed as i was looking forward to seeing how it goes through the grounds of esd or the academy...

Its a really good board, tried it on Risa, but i also think that we should be able to use the boards on other maps too maybe even the floaters (board /boots on all maps, floaters only on Kobali Prime/Dyson battlezone and other very large maps).
And maybe even with an option so that they don't get deactivated whne someone attacks us, mabye so that we can't attack but also no one else can attack us as long as the boots/board are active
