Where you get these uniforms 200 vet and flag duty officers .What about the Darq Masters KDF lvl60?

    The 200 day vet jackets are found at the tailor, jackets loose dropdown.

    Dont know what you mean by Darq Masters KDF lvl60?

    There's a longer version of the Bortasqu uniform jacket, which I think is a veteran item. There are also shoulderpads, bracers, and a belt for KDF veterans. Those should all appear in the tailor's options when you qualify for them, just like the Starfleet and Romulan veteran uniform rewards.
