Are T6 ships supposed to have the 'Upgrade' hull material, or not?

I ask because my Andromeda does not have the Upgrade material available, but my Arbiter does have the Upgrade material, even though I never bothered to buy (let alone upgrade) an Avenger (so it clearly didn't unlock from that).

Is this a case of the Andromeda not having it when it should, or the Arbiter having it when it shouldn't?

Rather hoping for the former answer because options be good.

The three T6s I have (Presidio, Kara, Quatel) all have access to the upgrade skins, don't have the equivalent T5Us for two of them. Guessing they all should be intended to have it ?

I think that each T6 was intended to have access to the upgrade material, Andromeda included. Don't have any sources at hand, but I do remember that this was supposed to be the norm.

You might want to try reclaiming the ship if its a zen ship, and otherwise, try making a bug report and posting about it on the forums as well. To try to get people to verify what you are expecting.​​

Many ship materials do not display properly; this would have required some "work" by the dev's beyond the normal cut & paste...
