New fed and kdf fleets

Hello everyone, I have created 2 new fleets one fed one kdf. If anyone is interested in helping build them up please send in game mail to @Constantlyvexed and let me know if its for fed or kdf. My intent is for these to be laid back fleets with no hardcore login rules.
