Question: Multi-Spectral Particle Generator and Destabilizing Resonance Beam?

Does anyone know if the Tal Shiar Adapted Borg 3 piece set bonus, the "Multi-Spectral Particle Generator", affects the Destabilizing Resonance Beam or the radiation damage from the three torpedoes: Bio Molecular Photon, Resonant Transphasic or Neutronic?

I'd love to know before I spend a lot of EC on a second ship. Thanks.

    Sounds like its its own radiation damage..So it probably stacks with other radiation applications.

    Doesn't effect torp radiation. I haven't tested DRB, but I've heard it does.

    The three set with the Neutronic does prof it, though.
