Hello,
Should spelling, typos and grammar be reported?
I'm taking that "typos" is "Yes" to report, even if minor.
As is spelling.
I'm not so sure on grammar though.
I put this one through. In the "Spoils of War" the freighter captain says:
... "True Way".
rather than including the fullstop inside the quotes as so:
... "True Way."
But there may be a "house style" at play here. And everyone thinks that they know grammar, but most people are wrong about this (including me).
I'm less clear on this one. In the same conversation, the freighter captain Vax Zora's freighter is damaged. You respond:
"Thank you. I'd recommend you repair your engines and exit the area."
However, you ARE recommending something - right now. So should it not be:
"Thank you. I recommend you repair your engines and exit the area."
As "would" (as in "I'd" = "I would") suggests past tense.
As I said, I'm not so sure about that one, so I'm opening up this Q&A here.
Thanks.

Vedek Krin: Elsewhere? But it is an Orb of the Prophets, where else could it belong?
Unless...
Are you familiar with the so-called "Mirror Universe"?
I know very little about it myself, but there is a book on that table over there, by a Vedek Eeth, describing his experiences. Perhaps it can guide you.
