Secondary Launcher Torpedoes shoot you if NPC warps out

as the title says, if you're doing a Mission where a NPC warps out after taking damage, any secondary torpedos that have not hit the target come back and strike you.

The mission I encountered this in was 'Past Imperfect' with the IKS Worvig.
