A T6 V-11 Stormbird (the Romulan modification of the D7 Akif class), as seen in the digitally remastered edition of "The Enterprise Incident," with the raptor artwork, very similar to the AMT model, with the full interior as seen in the same episode (it was the Enterprise interior, with some recoloring and relighting, and the unique logo of the Romulan-Klingon Alliance of the time), along with the off-duty gown, earrings, ring, and hairdo of Di'on t'Charvon, the Romulan Commander of the vessels which surrounded the Enterprise.
A true multi-role cruiser (multi-mode Commander), if not a Sci cruiser (4/4 weapons, Com Sci, LtC. Uni., 5 sci console).
an [AUX] weapons pack.
unlimited character customization... provided the "parts" pack where purchased
T6 flagships with intel and command power
T6 defiant/B'rel/T'varo with intel and pilot
T6 Vesta with intel
Account unlock tokens for promo/lockbox ships (preferably Zen purchase)
A Romulan/KDF Science Ship
Lobi for Zen packs
Playable Cardassians, Playable Kobali / Krenim (for Captains) and Denobulans, T6 Sovereign 3-pack with a pilot, command and a third variant (new specialization or Intel).
Was originally described as a cruiser akin to the Ha'apax, but has two rather huge cannons like a falcon or hawk's talons. Either way, one of the nicer Romulan ships, came from FASA's old ST game.
A full Romulan faction: Possibly with the option to choose between Republic or Star Empire (Not Tal'Shiar). Have a plotline where a group of Imperialists want to purge the Empire of the Tal'Shiar's influence. Having either peace or more likely a Cold War style relationship with the Republic. Maybe led by a liberated Donatra.
A system where the player can build his/her own interiors out of prefabricated Bridges, Corridors and Assorted Rooms, for whatever reason hits their fancy.
I don't care if there aren't any hook-up for Banks and such.
STO Member since February 2009. I Was A Trekkie Before It Was Cool ... Sept. 8th, 1966 ... Not To Mention Before Most Folks Around Here Were Born! Forever a STO Veteran-Minion
A new C-Store ship? Especially if it doesn't suck on any level I care about?
That pretty much always gets me to spend money these days, at least with the current release schedule.
Specifically, a Tier 6 Defiant with Pilot Ship abilities would be a no-questions-asked thing. But even a Tier 6 Defiant without that will probably get my vote.
I'd probably also buy into a PvP project, if there was any way Cryptic would allow me to throw at it directly.
Create a PvP mode with the general STO gameplay minus all the power creep, uber consoles and broken stuff. I am just fine if my build options get reduced, but the general gameplay of STO is really fun, and it used to be a lot of fun in PvP, too, until the power creep happened. That has killed my interested in it for the most part. I don't want to have to catch up to all the uber gear, and I definitely don't want to be locked into limited amount of cheese builds.
Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.
Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though. JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

They got my zen during the ship sale with the pilot ship with which I am completely satisfied.
They only thing remaining really is the T6 Vesta. I will certainly buy that, however, if it doesn't exceed expectations I'll be right back in my T5U Vesta the next day.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: "We think we've come so far. Torture of heretics, burning of witches, it's all ancient history. Then - before you can blink an eye - suddenly it threatens to start all over again."
"With the first link, the chain is forged. The first speech censured, the first thought forbidden, the first freedom denied, chains us all irrevocably."
Basically, if they implemented something along the lines of a 'dynamic universe'. This ties in to the whole 'make it like Star Trek / add exploration' movement.
I am thinking something along the lines of 100-200 'dynamic' missions (to start with). These could be culled from the best of the (suitable) player-made Foundry content and some crafted by Cryptic. Essentially while flying around sector space or even standing in your home city, you would have an 'encounter' of some sort (hailed by command, spot an anomaly, see a strange vessel, a Ferengi with a 'business proposal', intercept a distress call whatever) and that would offer a mission tied to that area or circumstance.
Eventual goal would be to add/re-write another 10 or so of these with each patch, to keep up with ongoing developments in the galaxy. For a Star Trek feel, there should always be a chance of something wierd popping up to make your day...
Revamped and balanced PvP with territory control [...]
This, except I wouldn't pay for it since it should already be a part of what's supposed to be an MMORPG in a way that retains players and attracts new ones and provides a good reason to collect new things and pay and/or grind for stuff. I voted PVP in the forum poll.
I second, or third, whatever...less rubberbanding, disconnects and crazy minigames. Fix the mining minigame. Please.
To really throw my money away? More exploration, like we had in the beginning with the exploration clusters. I really liked those. Though, those should be part of the game without having to be paid for.
I like the idea of unlimited customization and off duty clothes for BOFFs. With the provision of buying the pieces first. I would definitely do that.
Now a LTS and loving it.
Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything.
