Error with Krenim BOFF unlock in Fleet R&D

My Fleet just completed the Tier 3 Development and discovered that they messed up with the information.
The Fleet Page says the BOFFs are unlocked with Tier 3 Development, yet the vendor says unlocked with Tier 3 Research. This needs to be fixed.
