When I first saw the original Jupiter Dreadnought two years ago, I instantly thought "Heavy Carrier". I would like the designers to update her with a mean Monarch/Magellan style makeover and flight deck doors along the port and starboard sides of the main (lower) hull. I think that would be the ultimate design. If you want to modernize it along the current hull designs, go with something like the Team Omega design, it looks sort of like a Jupiter.
Regardless, a true CVA will be a giant of a ship due to her flight deck and flight deck crew requirements. Hence my suggestion for the "old" Jupiter hull to be reintroduced.

I always though the Jupiter looked interesting, but it was a flawed and ugly implementation that kills it. But take some of the inspiration and you can get something decent.
Core inspiration for me would be the "saucer" section. It's very long and high. It feels different from anything we have elsewheren in Star Trek and Star Trek Online, but still resembles the core principles of Starfleet design. And it seems fitting for some kind of Command ship or Carrier ship that can operate as a mobile base deep in uncharted territories to facilitate exloration (or military operations).
It seems to me that especially the saucer silhouette of the Jupiter is caught by the Omega. The bottom section is very different, however. The Jupiter seems higher, and (not really visible in the screenshots I found online for this post) also has some weird cylinders in the aft area. I think those cylinders looked like a bad idea, but the idea of a very high lower section with a prominent deflector has merit.
One thing that bothered me most about the Jupiter were the nacelles and their positioning, the Omega seems to be do it much better.
Because people have different tastes. That's why.
