Request: Costume unlock for Chromodynamic Armor

Look, I know there seems to be pushback to have anything to do with old pre-order stuff, but the visualization for that armor is badass, but since we can't upgrade it yet, we're stuck using it for the visualization. So could a dev tell me: How hard is it to make it an unlock for people that own it?
