Question about respec token

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
I made it to level 60 and I went to Sol system, the admiral where you finish the quest said I would receive a free respec token, but I never did. Did I misunderstand what he said? Did we get a free respec token or not?

    I think you should have gotten if you're a subscriber, but the respec token is not an item in your inventory. You go to the skill (re)trainer and you can retrain for free. I think there isn't even a counter, but I could be wrong, it's been a long time since I last went there.​​
    Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.

    The "fun" thing during levelling is that we still get a free costume change token - but costume change cost have been removed many years ago already.​​

    I always laugh when I see that I got a 'costume change token,' I'm surprised that all these years later that still hasn't been removed. :)

    I would not mind if they changed that to a sum of EC. Especially since we used to earn EC for completing missions once upon a time.
