Drain/Torpedo Build

I suppose I've been slightly obsessed with Nebula's, torpedoes and drains; having said that this what it has all evolved into.

At this point I'm just looking for tweaks and such (slowly upgrading gear), should mention fleet materials are out of bounds. Mainly a ship for casual player. Overall goal of a support build with a nasty sucker punch, those 112k hits are useful.

It know it lacks hitting power compared to HY but wouldn't spread be more useful considering the devs throw massive hordes of small fry at us?
Also did you consider the crafted Particle Emission Plasma Torp? While it does lack kinetic damage it's clouds are boosted by partigens. Pretty sure it would be wort slotting over the aft photon at least.

I tend to ignore the small fry and punch out the big bruisers first so HY makes more sense for me. I should have stated I prefer single targets, draining while closing depending on the target it is usually gone or severely damaged when I pass it. The early incarnations of the build did have the Pep but it felt really lackluster, he photon can usually deliver a quick coup de grâce.

I left out some of the secondary details, doffs etc. The current captain is not optimized for the build
AUX power is the primary and averages 130.
For some stupid reason i don't have a leech with this captain (not shelling out 60m EC to get one, scrounge dil and buy keys that way)

    3 VR proj
    1 VR deflector CD
    1 VR TR aftershock

While I'm not into the DPS oneupsmanship I am curious if there is a decent way to track and report DPS on a single target basis? ie "You did x damage to Y target in time Z before shifting targets and repeating" with the aggregate rather than "X damage to all targets in mission time"

My first thought was how it would perform using a tetryon turret instead of the KCB. Draining and chipping away at the shields, knocking them around with a HY volley of Neutronic, and then sending a HY Enhanced Bio on the way.

The Particle Emission Plasma torpedo would make a nice addition aft, or fore to the ship.

I too immediately thought tet vs polaron so you could use both 360 beams. Or switch to phaser and disrupt 360s to take advantage of the multi relay. I get you are using the relay for the photon bump but wouldn't a generic warhead console give love to the neut as well? At l 14 ur that's only a 3% loss to the photons vs a boost to the neut. I would go ts2 over the hyt2 the damage of the hy grav and bio are not significant from 1 to 2 afaik
