Tryin to update the launcher. Please be patient. Tried connecting 23 times.

My subject line was the final message I got before failing to connect.

How often does this happen? It is the first time for me but I have only been back for a couple of weeks.

I played this game a little a few years ago and have been giving it another try lately but there are so many tiny things wrong with it that I just don't see the point.

I am disappointed. I really wanted this to be good.

    this is probably related to them updating the server and dealing with the ddos attack that has been going for a while.​​
    Now clowns, that's another story. They scare the cr​ap out of me.
    We fight them too. Entire armies spilling out of Volkswagens.
    We do our best to fight them off, but they keep sending them in.

    just wait until they fix it. it's not their fault some TRIBBLE is attacking their servers, possibly because he got banned or because the game didn't cater enough to him.​​

    Yea they do the best they can not there fault others attack the server and stop us from playing i am as frustrated just like many others but will keep trying till they fix it :) Such a great game ruined by people that dont care what they do to others it what is more annoying :(

    To the OP and the very vulgar vampirikspektor,

    I paid for the game too, but I don't go around cursing and swearing every time some idiot hack messes with the game servers. It's not Cryptic's fault, and they are actually working on making sure it doesn't happen in the future. So, take a chill pill and spend a few hours in real life for a change. It'll do you good. You're obviously in need of some social interaction skills anyway...
