From the Legacy of Romulus pack, is this claimable across all characters like the Doff pack from the Delta Expansion Pack?

    No it can not be claimed across all characters... can only be claimed by Romulan characters on your account. KDF and Fed toons can NOT claim.

    Enh, it's still an account unlock, but only for Romulans.

    Eh, I've got a few of those.

    I don't know. Maybe the pack isn't worth it? The set bonuses from having the old ships aren't very good, and the Reman Borg isn't that fantastic. Maybe they'll reduce the price of the pack in the future, because right now it's just not that good.
