Odyssey's Aquarius Escort, useless (Suggestions)

As the title says, I roaming the galaxy in my Odyssey with all three exclusive consoles.
I prefer Odyssey over the Fleet Assault Cruiser for the basic cause that Odyssey has some fun things like saucer seperation and the likes.

Anyway, Everytime I take out the Aquarius Escort, it dies within 1 minute and then lies in space till I notice it is not making anything useful anymore.

First of all, I would like to see a bar coming up when you have your saucer or escort out so you can keep track on it.
Second of all, make it automatic that when your saucer/escort has beeen neutralized, make it come back automaticly to your ship.

I think a proper hangar UI for such pets has been asked for since we had the first spearation capable ship ( T5 gal, 2010 season 2 ). So, yeah.... been a while.....
