Enemies in All the Usual Places

I completed the previous mission, reported back to Starfleet and collected my reward but now I have no way of starting this next mission. All I can do is wander around the Delta Quadrant aimlessly. Is this a bug or is there some thing I have to do in order to start this mission?

    You likely need to gain a level or two first. Check the requirements inn the episode list to see what level you need.

    Replay a few patrols, dabble on Kobali prime and play Starbase 24 to gain 1-2 levels. Should be sufficient.
    Also remember that Kobali prime has several missions which can be replayed for decent rewards.​​
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
