...can we get a proper T6 Romulan science warbird? My Fleet Ha'nom steers like the Titanic (no, can't waste slots on turn consoles kthx) and has no 5th mastery, with less than optimal boff seating.

My fed sci is sitting pretty in her Fleet Intrepid/Pathfinder and regularly sends my rom alt "lol!" emails to laugh at her misfortune.

I have Zen and I am willing to spend it!

While I completely agree that we desperately need a new Sci warbird choice, have ya considered trying some other options to help your Ha'nom dance a bit? Like:
* Enhanced RCS Accelerator. The +AllRes version at Mk XII adds +42.5% turn rate and +10.6 to both kinetic and all energy damage resistance. I use one on my Aelahl (same turn rate as Ha'nom) and it makes a nice difference.
* Conductive RCS Accelerator. Crafted console, boosts turn about the same as the ERCS above, but instead of the static DR, it has a proc on using heals that adds another 20% turn rate and 10% dam reduction to shields.
* Enhanced Neutronium Alloy. In addition to the usual DR, gives +21.2% turn rate.
* Polaric Modulator (from Delta Flight mission) gives several boosts, including +18.8% turn rate and +5 inertia
* Elite Fleet Efficient Impulse Engines XII. +5.2 turn, and you can get up to two more [TURN] mods on it.
* Kobali Engines. Several sets have turn boosts on their engines, Kobali is the best of these at +8.5 but there are several right around +6

I'm sure there are more sources of +turn that I'm forgetting. To be sure, that big owl is never gonna fly like an escort, but add a couple of these to your loadout and it'll be a lot less painful to fly.

And we all know that as long as they keep the Feddies and Klinks happy they will never HAVE to worry about expanding the Romulan side of this... Sad, but I do not see it happening any time in the near future... Could it happen? Sure - anything is possible... But I think that this happening is about as likely as the RSE asking the Republic to be friends.

Unfortunately their response, as also for the Klingons is no, no, and Hhhhhhhhhhhhayyyyyyyelllllz no. The Feds get all the good stuff, even those that originated in one of the other 2. But when we ask for something like a science ship, the song remains the same. No.

Welcome to what the carrier folks are going thru.
Also the reason there is no true science ship is because players before you have said they wanted a bit more surviveability and fire power.

I fly the Scryer on a fed sci, and don't really have a problem with either of those things. Sure, I will never put out the DPS an escort does, or have the survive-ability of a cruiser, but it performs very well. So it is possible to make a decent science ship. The problem is, that the options available to the Klingon's and Romulan's is junk. The free ship for hitting level 40 fed is a better science ship than either of them have, and that is a very sad state of affairs.
