Some random thought about the mirror universe

The mirror universe tend to be a more dark vesion of the prime universe, since many key things at very similiar, but yet similiar.

In the prime uni, humans, vulcans and many others formed a federation. In the mirror one an empire.
Klingons got cloak from the romulans, in the mirror from the prime defiant.
Humans meet vulcans and befriend them. In the mirror uni humans meet vulcans and kill them.

What if in the prime universe, we allied the krenim to defeat the iconians, while the counterpart allied with the tholian and stole even more 29th tech. The latest dev blog even says: The future reached back as we in the present stretched forth our hands to receive the instruments of our dominance. We slew the demons. Crowned in victory, we wield weapons ahead of their time and stand upon the corpse of the Iconian Conclave.

I wonder how borg collective exists in Mirror universe.

The world’s biggest MMO isn’t item based, even though the black market item GDP is bigger than Russia … microtransactions make me want to die.”

They ask you nicely if you want to become part of the collective.

If there's one story that can truly be screwed up (be it through Cryptic, or anyone else) it's a/the mirror universe. Truth be told, there's more than one of these mirror universes (TNG: Parallels) so in each of them (of which themselves are infinite) then everything that can happen, has happened. The mere concept of the actual mirror universe (the one we're referencing) is a joke anyway, because considering how much has changed from the prime universe (going as far back as ENT/TOS - or even back to mirror zefram cochrane, everything that transpired then would have ultimately changed the events of that future.

I find it hard to believe that after zefram cochrane who kills a peaceful vulcan delegation, we are still expected to believe that every character some 200 years later managed, somehow, to exist. It boggles the mind. Good job this is all fictional.

. . . Insert hand-wavy technobabble about resonance or vibration in sympathy or quantum mechanics observer effects . . .

Perhaps the "closest" mirror universe at any one point in space-time is the one with the most similar collection of observers. A mirror Kirk is possible therefore that particular mirror universe is most likely to appear to our Kirk.

It's science fiction, it runs on narrative not science. Mirror Universes are almost the same as ours for sake of plot, not logic.

Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.
JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.
