Ok we have a plaintiff, a plaintiff's attorney, and a defense attorney. But where is the defendant? Where's the judge to adjudicate this for that matter? No this is not a court of law and there is no obligation to prove anything. The proving stage would be with the customer support representative, or for that matter a real court of law. We are right back to the same problem. No zen, no customer support, no nothing.
