About the new omni beam

So quick question. Because the Omni beam is available on a mission which can currently be completed by any toon from lvl ten and up if I beat the mission on a lower level toon will the Omni beam be level appropriate or will it still be lvl XII?

It'll be whatever mark number is appropriate for the toon's character level when you get it. However, like all the recent featured ep rewards you can upgrade it to Mk XII for free when your toon hits level 50 (don't even need any tech upgrades).
