Looking for a Fed Fleet for my 3 Captains

Looking for a Fed fleet that actually realizes the fleet is nothing without active players who play the game and donate to fleet projects and who base promotions on those donations and hard work and keeps projects going so you can do this.
I don't care if your a Alpha fleet, Beta or Gamma but having a higher level IE: level 2 to 3, Dilithium mine and Embassy and Spire is important to me or at least easy access to those in the Armada. The starbase dosn't have to be maxed out.
I'm an every day player and in a years time have only missed maybe a weeks worth of game play total as well as a lifer in the game.
I even out my game play between 3 KDF toons and my 3 Fed toons and in game about 6 to 8 hours a day being retired makes that easy.
I'm a nice guy and personable but my game play is important to me and allows me to forget about & push away everyday lifes B.S.. so I avoid drama to the extream.
Also experienced with how projects and fleet holdings work so if you need help with it once in a while due to your needing a break willing to lend a hand.
I still need to finish work with my Delta toon's and have a set way I work in game and goals as well as an agenda so I admit I'm not much for grouping up with others to do things unless someone needs a hand getting through a Story line mission. But always willing to share info in game on builds and results.
I great fleets and armada's at the start of the day and say good night at the end of the day.

there are no hoops to jump through, no forms to fill out, no websites to sort through to join.
