Collecting veteran rewards

Howdy Everyone,
I have been away from the game for a while and now that I have come back I seem to be having troubles collecting my veteran rewards (space suits, fireworks, android bridge officer, etc.) for being a lifetime member. The support document is very much out of date.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Romulans get an allied Android, so they have to go to their allied command center. the KDF veteran boff is on Qo'nos in the barracks(the same place you go to buy boff training manuals)
