in Builds, Powers, and Game Mechanics
for some reason when fighting against a player sometimes intel team becomes black and i cant use it, reasons ?

    it gets disabled like a cloak can from Warp plasma, cpb, and a few other things.

    thing is i had no debuffs, and we actually tested it many times, it had no reason to get disabled

    and i didnt have no cloak disable on me thats for sure

    That is weird. If you can, try and make a video. If it's a bug, it should be reported.
