2 ship slots promotion

The discussion about the new dawn give away has been closed because it went off topic. Which is right. So lets not do that here please. In the discussion there were also many posts from people that claimed the promotion too casualy on the wrong character before realizing that it was once per account, especially because it followed the spec point promotion that was per character. Could we please have a one time chance to undo our mistake and transfer the claim to another character?

I'd say that was unlikely as the discription on the Arc site did clearly say it was once per account

The announcement said very clearly that it was for one character. So no.

Besides, you'll keep getting account-wide-unlock ships from events for that "wrong" character so it will run out of slots eventually. You can always park ships in the slots to use as extra bank slots.

This... I just got lucky and logged in first on my main that needed the 2 slots most. I totally missed the once per account part myself

Personally, I know why on 1-time account claimable items don't have a pop up "are you sure" like you have with the R&D dilithium.

Very clearly at the bottom. It's what lawyers call the small print. You know the stuff people get screwed by.

No matter WHAT Cryptic says about per toon or per account things...
Step 1: Claim prize FIRST on the toon you want it on the most.
Step 2: Try on other toons. If it works, yay. If not, oh well.

Remember that code thing they tried for that item where they said 'per toon' but it was really 'per account'? They said 'oops, we'll look into it.' Guess what? They came back few days later and said 'per account'.
