I'm mad at PWE, Not the Returning players.

Listen, I'm not mad at the returning players and I wish them well in playing the game but there has to be a spot to draw the line, And I draw it here. This far no farther.
To counter the usual arguments so far before they are even posted. In No particular order.
1) What are you complaining about you had chances at free ships, and or Spec points OMGWTFBBQ is Problem.
--Well the problem is I didn't get an email for a code that just let me get a teir six Andromeda and a free level boost to 60, Any of those free ships I had to set up a dedicated time to play and farm out the items, Some of which were time locked off, meaning my already slim time I have on work days had to be cut up even more to "Work" at getting those "Free" ships.
2) You probably already have something of equal or greater value!
-- True I have my support cruiser, the reputation and 10+ spec points, but again, I dedicated time to play and achieve those, They weren't handed to me by cryptic to bring me back into the fold. I quit a year to two years ago because I had burnout, I admit that I missed some ships whoppdie, I wasn't complaining then.
3)Stop attacking the returning players! they are just wanting to get back into le game!
--Its not just the returning players that are getting it though, I have a friend at work who got the email and I had literally just got done playing with him a week ago. So the criteria isn't "Who's not been logging on for x amount of time." Also I've never attacked a player that got this email, I am upset with cryptic.
4) But,but,but you were given free things this week! ALL WEEEK!!!
--A uniform, A couple of spec points, and 2 ship slots, Enough said.
Now that thats out of the way, lets look at why i'm upset about this.
First off its the lack of transparency, the mysterious criteria isn't being posted up, Which leads me to conclude that its something that would TRIBBLE everyone off if that was the case ((Ie Hasn't bought zen in X time frame/at all))
The enticement email is a common practice I'm not upset about that. BUT usually in an MMO its accompanied by something for the current player base USUALLY not always but USUALLY of greater value than the enticement email, and far enough past that the returning players can't get it ontop of the rewards,
The fact that cryptic handed out 2 spec points 2 ship slots and a uniform does not equal a 30 dollar ship and a level up to sixty
On top of that the wording of the email was wrong, "For your support" they weren't supporting nothing, they weren't helping the current players, they probably weren't paying for a sub, and again I must stress this, I'm not mad at the returning players I'm UPSET about the whole Fiasco with how the CURRENT players were treated by Cryptic "oh yes have XYZ but we are giving B to everyone who wasn't here for XYZ while B is greater than XYZ.
as it stands now I'm no longer going to buy zen at least not until a long time and I've decided not to log in as of right now, because its a slap in the face to come back work my TRIBBLE off to catch up to my friends and then see if I had waited 3 more months I would have gotten a free andromeda and level 60,
A quick fix? Give the players still here 10 spec points, I'm pretty sure that would ease tensions, I understand you can't just give a 30$ ship to EVERYONE
