Standard grey tank top: messed up bottom edge on females

On females the bottom edge of the Standard Grey Tank Top is messed up, causing there to be a very slight gap in the front and an even bigger gap in the back that is hollow allowing you to see through the character. It is like this for all species of all factions from what I can tell.

Also, is there any chance it could be renamed to just 'Standard Tank Top' and allow us to actually change the color of it?
