Looking for Fleet Leaders

Hello Captains,

Our Fleet is looking for leaders to help pave the way for a new era and help grow the fleet.

The ideal Fleet Leaders will:

- Play ALOT of Star Trek Online and are on everyday for long periods of time.
- Be able to properly manage fleet projects
- Have extensive knowledge of the game mechanics
- Be willing to join Team Speak and help less knowledgeable players
- Be consistent
- Have FUN and keep the atmosphere positive

I've gotta agree with Valoreah on this one. And if I'm to be completely honest, it seems a sure fire way to lose total control of ones fleet. Should the unscrupulous sort be recruited.

LOL you know what they say when you assume something.
I know these guys they are looking for help due to growth.
They know the difference between total control and tools needed to help.

Why would you assume anyone would give total control to a new person, is this something you would do. Is that the only option you know about, better go look through the rank settings again guys or simply don't post something you have no idea about.

We just like to have a good time. We are a teaching fleet that wants to help people play the game so we can have more people to play with.
