Suggested fix for Doff Mission Bug

Fairly often I run into the bug where a mission listed as avalible but in reality it isnt because an officer is missing. There are many reasons for this - wrong faction, level with the KDF DS9 Doffs, etc.
What would be a great patch on that bug is to add a drop down selectable search option for 'Dofs I cant use' So I can easily find the problems and fix them myself. I think this fix would be intuitive enough most players would locate it and use it without any prompting when there is a problem.
For me at least this would be a fantastic quality of life upgrade till the system can be tweaked to remove these Doffs from mission selection.
