Placement of Delta Orcas

Given the impetus of the Axanar project in place right now, I recommend placing Delta Orcas, with the seventhe planet (Axanar) as the highlight location, in the Alpha Quadrant at 9197 154 4147 which would be in order both with the star trek world and the gameplay area itself. Descriptors can be supplied or I can manufacture a foundry simulation if you would like.
