Does concentrate firepower stack?

I recently decided to start working on some kinetic builds, trying a few ships and abilities. Concentrate firepower was suggested to me and it seems to work very well. When running certain STFs, certain roles or functions are declared or sorted out as to who does what, such as who uses their tac fleet where, etc. That's because it helps to sustain the team damage, and I presume that it's also because it does not stack. So, does concentrate firepower stack? Attack pattern beta stacks, at least to a certain level.

I don't know about the debuff, but the proc for High Yield/reset timers is random round-robin based off who's shooting that target with torps. So, it tends to not work very well if more than one person is using torps as the proc can't be counted on for any given player.

I haven't seen multiple players using it the same time, though. With me using the ability on my own, it gets annoying quickly if anyone else is using torps, and, depending on how it handles any sort of lockout, it could be just as low-utility for multiple players.

The Concentrate Firepower Proc gets used by anything friendly attacking the designated target. That also includes hangar units with torpedoes on your side. Concentrate Firepower 3 is amazing when you're solo but in a team environment gets worse and worse the more torpedoes mounted anywhere.

People can test it themselves. Get a Command Spec capable ship with a hangar, slot any ship that has a torpedo launcher but no HYT ability. Mark the target with CF and have your hangar units attack. You'll see them take the CF proc.

hanger pets don't proc concentrate firepower, unless they broke it.... again. Oden and I did so much testing on this ability it drove us crazy with it's inconsistencies.

er..mine do and aren't they supposed to? I would be pretty miffed if they made it so pets didn't proc it.

    how did you test it?

    They broke it again... twice.

Confirmed that CF 'charges' are being taken by hangar pets.

Confirmed that CF does a base damage calculation of the torpedo with NO enhancements. Does this follow the same calculation for energy weapon boosts that are BOff-based?

Awaiting confirmation that the last applied CF overwrites the previous version. CF2 can overwrite CF3 if applied early.

I knew using Kinetics would be playing the game on hard mode, but what I didn't realize was how bad the deck is stacked against Kinetics.
