    Yes
    I voted yes simply because I never had the option to obtain the Zefram Shotgun on my Deltalt. Making it an account unlock as they did with the event ships would solve the problem.

    Id love to have account bound items, but at the sametime i would also like to expand on that and be allowed to unbind items and sell them on the exchange, to much limitation on not being able to sell items one has bind on pickup. To many restrictions, we dont have a very good economy.
