Baldric (Sashes) for Fed Klingon Bridge Officers?

Can Federation Klingon boffs not wear baldrics? I have one from about a year or so ago and he cannot wear one, can newly-acquired Klingon boffs wear them?

    It was an unlock from an anniversary event, if you missed it, you missed it.

    Ah, that's a shame. Should be a standard thing, really, not a one time deal. :neutral:

    There are several of these anniversary unlocks that I'd love to see either made available again each year during the anniversary event ... or have the devs make them "account-wide unlocks" instead of character unlocks.

    I've been playing STO since before it was F2P, but despite the MANY hours I've been playing this game I can't always play and can't always make the time to play missions on each character on my account.

    I find it pretty annoying that some of my characters have access to anniversary items and others don't simply because I couldn't make the time to grind anniversary missions on every character that I have on my account.

    Don't believe the lies in this forum. I am NOT an ARC user. I play STO on Steam or not at all.

    Been wanting this Baldric for nearly 2 years now, no, not just for Klingon boffs, as the original was, and my only "bad luck" was, that I came around October 2013, ie. over a year after that supposed event & voiced it several times, over and over. (Yes, RP reasons, duh).
    At this point.. lost hope that they'd ever listen to us. Ah, go away the pessimist me.. hush. >_<
