Problem with Vulcan (Foundry/Holodeck)

I am experiencing a problem in both the Foundry and Holodeck where my Vulcan is replaced with a Helmet and Hood head. In Foundry, the result is that any Vulcans with dialogue have their heads replaced by a helmet and hood. Similarly in holodeck my main's head becomes a helmet when I visit the tailor.

Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.
