Male Vulcan characters cannot not wear helmets

Since Season 10.5, it's impossible to create male Vulcan characters that are not wearing helmets. The only options they have for "Category" are: Helmets and Wraps, Helmets and Wraps Off-Duty, Helmet - Counter Command Exo, Helmet - M.A.C.O., Helmet - Undine, Helmet - Omega Force, and Helmet - Voth.
Steps to reproduce:
- Load a project
- Create or access a male Vulcan character in the Costume tab
- Observe the lack of any non-helmet head options
