The Obsidian Conspiracy Fleet Recruiting

The Obsidian Conspiracy is looking for new and veteran players to join our ranks. Our fleet currently has over 230 active members, and is in a full Armada. But of course we are always looking to build our Fleet's community. We all enjoy STO, and obviously Star Trek in general.
Fleet Activities: We are always teaming up to do missions, stf's, and fleet events. We are always willing to help each other out as much as possible.
Fleet Stats: Our fleet is at lvl 43 with a Tier 4 Starbase (almost at tier 5). The Dilithium Mine, Embassy, and Spire are all Tier 3 and completed. The new Research Lab is progressing well.
Rank Progression: To reach each rank in our fleet, you have to contribute and earn a certain amount of fleet credits. This makes it fair for each member to rank up.

It seems the founders have left

The founders of this fleet have disappeared. They haven't logged on since February. Seems that they are not returning. Unfortunate because of 2 factors. It's almost a level 5 fleet; and they have locked up everything in the fleet so no one can, recruit, promote, or schedule new fleet projects. This Fleet is dying a slow death.
