When choosing a faction to join, do you open more cosmetic options by going KDF or Fed? Do you get new hairstyles/outfits/etc..?

    I don't have a KDF Rom, but my Fed Rom has a Fed Alliance outfit, so I assume there is a Klingon one. Otherwise the Fed allied get the fed designs for rep outfits, and the KDF allied get the KDF designs.

    Remans unlock fed-rom and kdf-rom outfits as well as reman specific versions.. aside from that nothing changes

    There are more BOFF's, but the Nausican's are probably more beneficial to a person who makes liberal use of their cloak than pretty much anything that the fed side has to offer. Especially since Romulan BOFFS are so hard to come across anymore. (I have had 1 mission to get one once in the last 3 months (at least!), and that was today.)

    The Fed alliance outfits are kinda horrid, in my opinion. Passable when you play with the colours, but the default is just straight-up strange. The KDF alliance uniform is freakin' awesome, though. That looks like something a Romulan warrior would actually wear.

    I just wish we could get the male hair shown when you have the Fed/KDF selection screen. it's like the faux hawk but with the sides shaved

    The only way to look like a Romulan in this game, is to go for the Z-Store. Faction, schmaction. Well, you can make some fairly decent TOS gloves with those Romulan-Fedbear arm greaves, granted. Credit where credit is due. That, and the lady shoulderbags looks good enough, on some of the BOFFs.

    I went Fed because they had a green palette. It is not like they gave you any real choice at any rate. But only to use it in conjunction with the Z-Store costumes! The TOS ones to be more specific. Was wearing the default stuff for a short time, and still need mental treatment to get over it. You know, like meditation, and mumbling mantras over and over!
