Temporal Research Assignments Kemocite Accidents

I just purchase 3 of these off the exchange and wanted to run them all in one go as a few days ago i ran 5 on a diff toon and got 128k xp, but it won't allow me to run a 2nd one even though i have available space and doffs, all it does is open the mission window with the standard text but none of the 5 assignments to select.

Was it nerfed due to people chaining them and gaining nice xp rewards to fast for Cryptic's liking ?

Nvm found the answer and its no, Didn't realise there were different ones unlike the old ones from the Temporal Lockbox
