Just do what I have done with my submissions from my deviant account, I right clicked on the "Download" button and open it in a new tab, then copy and paste in the Image URL box

Photobucket is a kinda eeeeeeeh image hosting site, at least in terms of direct linking. Try uploading somewhere else, might fix it.

I clicked the magnifying glass, then used the View Image and it seemed as large as you described above. Sometimes you just have to get handsy with the links. Posted this way it's direct and plenty big. Maybe just copy the above link back into your original post if that helps.

Actually, I just uploaded it to imgur. It seems to be displaying at the right size. I don't know about anyone else, but it just seems that posting stuff like this has become a chore since we switched to Vanilla. I had to jump to another thread and come back to this one to see if it would allow you to click on the image to pull it up.

Honestly, I love Imgur. You get some minor downscaling in quality when you upload a large file, but it's an incredibly fast and convenient site. I like that you don't have to open an account with them to upload.

Despite what photobucket lists it as, due to their size restrictions for viewing, the original upload resolution will remain intact and, the option to download the picture is there as well in full resolution that was uploaded!

It's been brought to my attention that some firewalls have blocked PostImg, the host I use. If that is the case, you can see the pic I uploaded to Imgur here. I would still prefer it if you use the pic above instead as the picture quality on that one is better and Imgur has a habit of compressing the image.
