Are there any Fed ships with the Cloaking device ability in STO?

If there is can you name the class of ship so I can go buy it later on.

    Eclipse-class Intel Cruiser, Scryer-class Intel Science Vessel, and Phantom-class Intel Escort have built-in cloak. Defiant Retrofit and Galaxy-X Dreadnought come with a console that gives them a cloaking device, and that console can be transferred to any other Defiant, the Avenger and Arbiter, and the Aquarius. Might be missing one or two others.

    Should be noted that none of these are Battle Cloak, you can only use the ability while out of combat.
    The universe has a wonderful sense of humor. The trick is learning how to take a joke.

    Phantom Intel Escort, Eclipse Intel Cruiser and Scryer Intel Science Vessel have built in Cloaking device. They don't require cloaking device console like Defiant, Galaxy-X, Avenger, Arbiter.

    Just checked I have the Dreadnought Cruiser! That has it.
