Proposal: Tellarite Miracht - Cruiser (Three-pack)

Derived from and further developed during my "Founders of the Federation" ship pack proposal, I'd like to lay focus and discussion on a possible Tellarite starship in this thread since the old Tellarite thread with some initial ideas by captz1pp sadly passed the 30-day mark at this point.
Special weapon unlock: Unique phaser weapon - following the example of the Andorian phasers you recieve unlocked upon purchase of a Kumari, the pack and each ship unlock it's own special Tellarite phasers - they are default phasers (but red) and come in all availaple weapon types, including omni-beams, and can be crafted (non-tradeable) or purchased at fleet level. I'm uncertain about the dilithium store mk X versions - they seem superflous especially considering the rather high price. Even if you don't have a fleet and haven't leveled crafting sufficiently, mk X weapons don't really help, even if they are upgradeable. Maybe instead common (upgradeable) versions can be sold via vendors for EC.
Tellarite Miracht - Cruiser. Miracht is, according to the non-canon "worlds of the federation" reference book, an alternate name for Tellar. Kehra (alt. Kera) and Phinda are the two moons of Tellar Prime. To complete the founders trinity, the Tellarite ship should share main characteristics of your regular cruiser ships maybe with a support slant as Tellarites are characterised as extremely talented in engineering systems but their ships weren't really known to be overly combat heavy.
Unlike the variant I outlined in the "Founders" pack proposal, the three variants lose the hangar for a universal console unique to each variant. The basic idea of the hangar lives on in the console found on the Phinda - Variant, though
CMDR Eng, LTC Uni, Lt Tac, Lt Sci, Ens [depends on variant]; Consoles: 2 (3 - T5U), 4, 3 (4 - Fleet), 4/4 weapons, 38,500 HP (44,275 ~ 51,205 T5-U), 1.1 shield modifier, 9 Turnrate, 35 Intertia, +10 engine and auxilliary, commands: Attract fire, Shield freguency modulation, strategic manoeuvering.
Universal console (Miracht - Variant; 'Salvage Operations' - [Ens Sci]): Heavy duty tracor beam emitters - two side mounted heavy duty tractor beam emitters, able to grab and root the target, maybe even drag it along "Graga Mal"-style, dealing kinetic and maybe radiation damage over time. Tractor beam is unbreakable, APO, polarize hull etc. will only break the root but still suffer slow and damage.
Universal console (Kehra - Variant; 'Warship' [Ens Tac]): Fixed "wing cannons" and a special ability "disabling shot". 100% chance to knock one subsystem offline, 75% two, 50% three and 25% chance to completely disable the target. For the remainder of the disabling effect energy weapons of the Khera are offline, granting one free high yield torpedo attack though. This would support torpedo use and make it more of a team support ability.
Universal console (Phinda - Variant; 'Supply Tender' [Ens Eng]): Two detachable support craft that are carried in place of the "wing" mounted weapon/tractor modules. Tellarite sentry drones (Focused Tellarite Phaser Array, Advanced Phaser Defense Array, Extend Shields (Escort mode), Viral matrix (Attack mode)
For now, these are suggestions for a T5 release, I haven't thought about T6 a lot at this point.
T6 - update
A T6 version uses the T5-U stats given above in addition to the Ensign BOFF station being promoted to Lieutenant.
The LTC Universal station will be promoted to a hybrid specialization seat according to the chosen variant.

Kehra: CMDR Eng, LTC Uni/Pilot, LT Tac, LT Sci, LT Tac

I took the information from MA. "The Worlds of the Federation reference book states Tellar to be the fifth planet of the 61 Cygni system. It also gives Miracht as an alternative name for the planet and lists two moons called Kehra and Phinda."
But I just realized I have a typo in it. It's "Kehra" not "Khera". I'm going to correct that, thanks for pointing that out
