Level 18 Engineering R&D - after getting the reward in Broken circle, I was curious about the R&D costs. I was unable to find the assignment in either engineering or special projects.
I have all of the VR doffs. Tried searching all categories including special using the various filter options.
Any thoughts? Is this tied to the new research facility?

OOPS - IDIOT - I MISSED IT - they have the wrong icon, I see a warp core ;(
