Potentiality trait needs to change

The Potentiality starship trait from the new Krenim warship is a good idea with a fatal flaw ... you only get the stacking damage buff if you don't use ANY bridge officer abilities.
Honestly, whoever thought of this requirement either hasn't been playing STO very long or was having a VERY "off" day when they created this starship trait.
I would completely understand if the Potentiality trait stopped stacking if you use a tactical bridge officer ability (since it would be OP to be able to stack a crazy number of damage buffs to your weapons, but tactical bridge officer abilities should be the ONLY bridge officer abilities that stop Potentiality from stacking.
If the devs make this change then Potentiality would actually be a useful trait instead of being a waste of a trait slot.
