Recruitment CXP?

I have recently finished upgrading all of my doff commendations to rank 4...except the recruitment track. This is because I can't find a way to efficiently earn the recruitment xp. Is there a known way to earn this cxp quickly so that I can finish out the commendations rankings?

There are two really good ways to earn that CXP:

1.)Dismiss doffs.
2.) Grind down useless doffs (Rares, uncommons, really cheap VRs) down to common, each time you grind down, not only do you get triple the next lower doff, but you get rewarded recruitment CXP. This mission last seconds at a time.

Recruitment CXPs?

- Go to the Academy. Hit up as often as you can the Personnel Officer to do DOFF missions and get various personnel requests. When you see the selection for Military, Science, Engineering, Civillian, you're in the right tab. Those are free. There's also a selection at the top and the R&D support at the bottom of those. Those cost Dil however. R&D support DOFF mission is also the only way to get Gumarre for Aegis Crafting. Do note that there is a very lengthy CD. I think about 24 hours or something like that.

- At the Academy, there are some race DOFF recruitment if you look around. For KDF, it'll be for Orion, Gorn, Nausicaan. For Feds, Vulcan, Tellarite, and Andorian. The Tellarite and Andorian one is outdoors, off to the side of the same building of the Personnel Officer & Mid Term Exam NPC. Romulans? Go to the Academy of the respective Faction that you bow down to. Just like the previous point, this has a long CD.

- Also at the Academy Personnel Officer, you can toss into the meat grinder a DOFF to convert into several lower rarity DOFFs. This is also an excellent way to rack up Fleet Credits by getting Uncommon DOFFs and tossing them into the meat grinder to get several Common DOFFs to use for Starbase Fleet Projects. These are the guys that get Fleet Credits without sacrificing Dil and when the Fleet Marks have all been filled up. This is great because there is no CD. As long as you have DOFF roster space, DOFFs to use as bait chum, and the patience to wade through the awful UI, the CXP and Fleet Creds will just keep coming.

- Solanae Sphere Allied Space on rare occasions has Recruitment DOFF missions under Current Map. Pretty decent CXP payouts.

- Take a look at the various Clusters. Most cater to Colonization CXP but at times will have Colonization & Recruitment CXP rewards.

- Sector Space sometimes has some rarely found Recruitment DOFF missions. Both under Current Map or the various Development, Operations Officers, etc.
