Level 41 RP Fleet(The Order of Chin'toka) seeks position in RP Armada

Who are we?
The Order of Chin'toka is a level 40 (soon to be 41) fleet comprised of exactly three people who have been playing STO since 2009. We are a medium RP fleet...we tend to like to RP through story missions, foundry mission, and special events together. We also do elite STF style content (though RP isn't usually an option there for obvious reasons). The three of us like to play at least once a week.
In game and in character, we see the Order of Chin'toka as a special group of talented (and quirky) officers who have a history of getting the job done, often in the face of ridiculous odds or circumstances. Without getting too detailed, we're something like a cross between the “A-Team” and the Planet Express crew.
What are we looking for?
We are are looking to become a Beta or Gamma fleet to a larger fleet. Ideally, this armada should have:

Mandatory play times (the three of us are IRL adults with families, jobs, mortgages, etc.)

- Access to T5 Starbase facilities
- A decent sized membership
- A dedication to RP
- A general need to earn fleet credit
- A desire to build up member fleets
What can we offer in return?
- 41 levels of hard work into fleet holdings to add to your armada bonus (We're also narrowly missing another 2 armada levels).
- Armada members are welcome to play with us during our play sessions (usually starting 8:30 or 9 PM EST on Fridays or Saturdays). The only thing we ask during these session is that if we're playing content with a plot, you let the VOs play to give people reading time and try to RP along a little.
- Access to our stores for other armadas....which include: T3 in all older minor holdings (except for the final T3 upgrade in Spire and Embassy...again, almost there) T4 Starbase, T4 Science, T3 Engineering and T4 Military
- If things work out okay with the armada, by the end of the summer we could take in “overflow” members for fleets that already at capacity.
What do we NOT want?
Mandatory play times (the three of us are IRL adults with families, jobs, mortgages, etc.)
- Mandatory contributions / tithes / tributes / etc.
- Lots of rules and regulations
- An armada wide dress code (we use differently colored takes on the Odyssey uniform code as our fleet uniform, including a tasteful skirt variant...in case that matters to your armada. We try not to break other people's sense of immersion.)
